The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is convinient and near by is a 24 hours supermarket, as well as nice caffeterias, shops and restaurants. It is a Hotel with very nice atmosphere.
Nothing to complain, only can't understand why spa-pool services have to be paid additionally.

No complaints whatsoever, we appreciated this convenient hotel, 100% recommend. Spent 8 nights here with our children, had an awesome stay overall. Its pleasant, central location was a plus. You could walk to shops and a supermarket.
For us it was ideal.

Easy access to all of Tokyo via subway station (3 block walk). Quiet evening location means no rail or street noise. Many local restaurants within a couple blocks walk. There is a shopping complex at the hotel's base, which includes a great supermarket and various shops/eateries including Tully's Coffee and Baskin Robins ice cream shop. The neighborhood also includes canals and local parks. Room was well maintained. Private bath in room was clean and hi-tech with great water pressure (on upper floor) and a hi-tech toilet. Would definitely stay here again. Be sure to note the appropriate bed size when booking. Our Comfort Double room included a larger bed (equivalent to Queen Size).
The complimentary shuttle to Narita Airport only runs twice per day, not convenient. To avoid a 3 1/2 hour wait at the airport, we chose to spend Y2400ea for express train to Ueno station and Y2200 for cab from Ueno to hotel. If we had taken a local train the cost would only have been Y1000ea, 1hr 20mins vs. 45mins for the Sky Liner express. Shuttle bus from airport takes approx 1hr, but only runs once in morning and once in early evening.

Staff very helpful
Yes - extra charge for using the gym, swimming pool and almost all other facilities was not made clear by the hotel or by your company before I booked the hotel. I disputed this with the hotel in writing but got no response at all. The charges were as much as $75 for use of the pool! Also breakfast was charged extra at about $25 and was pretty lousy quality. Finally the room was extremely hot and humid and was not possible to control the individual temperature. I checked out early and ended up staying at a hotel that was about $50 cheaper - it didn't have a gym or swimming pool but also didn't have any extra charges! However, the front desk staff were excellent and the room would have been very nice if I could control the a/C.

very friendly staff, fairly good location, subway staion quite close by, airport limo (bus0 service now goes direct from airport to Hotel (not via city airport terminal with need for cab ride as noted on hotel web page) very efficient service and good value
Although pool and spa islisted as hotel ammenities there is quite an expensive charge fot the use of these, where most hotels include access to these in the room cost. Not much life in the hotel bar, seemed to be closed the whole time I was there, but there is a good little steak restaurant next to the hotel with reasonably priced beer.

Why didn't I try this sooner?
This place is a hidden gem! The spacious room gave us fine views, while the staff's friendliness was unmatched. With a convenient shuttle to nearby attractions and an array of dining options nearby, my stay was seamless. Breakfast featured a good mix of both western and Japanese cuisine, fueling my daily adventures in style.

The hotel was magnificent and in a central location. What's more, it was close to Toyocho metro station, which includes grocery store, and main attractions. Sky bar was superb...

The hotel features a really good breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options, catering well to families. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants make dining easy. Friendly staff promptly assisted us with requests, although the distance to public transport was greater than expected. Access to the panorama bar for younger guests was restricted, disappointing.

Great location, but outrageous pool fees made it hard to relax.

Room carpeting looks outdated!!! The pool only allows guests aged 18 and over, disappointing for families. The location requires a lengthy 10-15 minute walk to the nearest subway, particularly taxing in the heat of summer!!!

Decent option for a weekend adventure in Tokyo with good price value. The over-friendliness of the staff was nice, making me feel welcome despite the language barrier. Just remember to clarify any requests thoroughly.
